Nov. 25, 2009 (China Knowledge) – Atlantis Investment Management Ltd, an investment management firm with a focus on Asia, recently cut its shareholding in Zhaojin Mining Industry Co Ltd<1818> to 11.78% from the previous 12.08%, according to the bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing<0388>.
Information from HKEx showed that Atlantis Investment on Nov. 23 sold 1.3 million shares of the company. The highest share price was HK$14.66 apiece.
Zhaoyuan-based Zhaojin Mining is principally engaged in exploring for, mining and smelting gold. In the first half of this year, the company’s net profit was RMB 316 million, up 56.73% year on year.
